If you’ve never heard of the term “jiffy feet,” let me tell you a story. Share my Florida culture, if you will. 

In the 80s when I was a kid, if we went to the beach, we’d run around barefoot – as you do. Sometimes, during the day, we’d need to grab something from the store – a cool drink, a snack, you get the idea. Barefoot walking over the road, barefoot walking through a parking lot, barefoot walking through a well-trafficked store, well, feet get dirty. Really dirty. Thus, having dirty feet became synonymous with the stores we’d generally run into without shoes: Jiffy Stores. And Jiffy Feet were born. 

Every time I look at these it brings me a little laugh, not just at the fond childhood remembrances, but because it’s a shared experience of so many people – when they hear “Jiffy Feet,” we all share in the joke. Whether they are lovely footprints to you or hilarious Jiffy Feet, the sea glass and tumbled glass will make an interesting addition to your decor. A coastal vibe with a story.
